TraceDojoTerms of Service

These Terms govern the hosted TraceDojo service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription after this effective date, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. These Terms do not retroactively change an earlier purchase. Questions can be sent to syed@tracedojo.com.
The service
TraceDojo helps developers simulate tool failures, inspect agent behavior, save reports, and compare results. Results depend on your adapters, simulated tools, and assertions; they do not guarantee production reliability, safety, or security. The hosted dashboard does not execute uploaded adapters. Local adapters run in your environment, and you are responsible for reviewing their code and controlling model-provider costs. The open-source SDK is separately licensed under Apache-2.0.
Accounts and your content
Provide accurate account information and protect your email account and upload tokens. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Syed Arman and the service providers described in our Privacy Notice the limited right to process, store, and transmit it to provide the service, maintain security, and fulfill legal obligations. Only upload content you have permission to share. Review reports before uploading: automated redaction does not detect every secret or item of personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not access other users’ data without permission, evade usage controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious content, or use TraceDojo unlawfully. Do not upload credentials or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for testing.
Plans, payment, and renewal
Free includes one hosted project and 100 saved reports across your account. Pro is $29 USD per month and includes ten projects and 10,000 saved reports across your account. These are total storage allowances, not monthly credits. Model-provider charges are separate. Team access is not currently included in either plan. Paid subscriptions can only be purchased when checkout is available; applicable taxes and the total due are shown before payment.
Pro renews monthly until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Cancel through Billing to stop future renewals. Access continues through the paid period. Failed or unpaid renewals may restrict access to paid features. A downgrade preserves existing reports, but new projects or reports are restricted if your account exceeds its allowance.
Refunds and cancellation
Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused service or partially used billing periods. This policy does not limit statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Contact support about a suspected billing error. Cancellation does not delete your account or reports.
Support and availability
Email support is available at syed@tracedojo.com. No guaranteed response time or uptime service-level agreement is included. Maintenance and incidents may interrupt access. Keep independent copies of important evidence using the export tools.
Suspension and account closure
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or unpaid charges. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Request account closure from your account email at syed@tracedojo.com; verification may be required. Export needed reports before requesting deletion. The Privacy Notice describes deletion and records that may be retained.
If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export where practicable. Mandatory refund rights continue to apply.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for decisions based on test results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses under these Terms. Syed Arman’s aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim or $100 USD. These limits do not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct, or liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and disputes
Material changes to these Terms or subscription pricing will be communicated in advance, normally at least 30 days before they affect an existing subscriber. Changes apply prospectively. You may cancel before a changed renewal. Urgent changes required for security or law may take effect sooner, with notice where permitted.
Contact support to attempt to resolve a dispute. New York law and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. These Terms impose no arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.
