Include the page or command you used, what you expected, and the error you saw. Use a synthetic example instead of sharing production reports or credentials.

Billing and Team plans

For billing questions, include your account email and the issue you need help with. Do not send card numbers. For Team inquiries, tell us how many people will use TraceDojo and the workflows you want to test. Team access is not yet generally available.

Privacy and security

For privacy requests, describe the account or data involved without attaching sensitive reports. For vulnerabilities, describe the affected area first and request a private follow-up before sending exploit details.
